To make a new reservation at various Disney properties, contact Disney group reservations at 407.939.4686 and identify yourself as a Training 2023 Conference & Expo attendee. Disney has dedicated agents available Monday through Friday 8:30 am EST until 6:00 pm EST and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am EST until 5:00 pm EST.

**Rates for rooms booked after February 2, 2023 may vary and are subject to availability. Please note that the show management only provides complimentary transportation between Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort and the Animal Kingdom Lodge Sunday pm-Wednesday. Requesting a Receipt:
In order to obtain a receipt for the one night's room and tax deposit taken by Disney, please contact Disney's Group Reservations team at 407.939.4686 or you may email your request to Disney by clicking here. You will need to provide the primary name on the reservation and your hotel confirmation number along with the email address where you would like the receipt sent.

** HOTEL FRAUD WARNING** Connections Housing is the ONLY housing provider for the Conference. There are “unofficial” companies aggressively pursuing attendees to book hotel rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and have either:  been relocated with little or no warning, lost their significant deposits, not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, not had the hotel they thought they had booked. Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge

Disney Park Tickets & My Disney Experience

You will be able to obtain your Disney hotel confirmation number on or after December 8 by contacting the Disney Group Reservations at 1.407.939.4686. They have dedicated agents available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Eastern time (New York) and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern time (New York). Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will take a one night’s room and tax deposit within 24 business hours of making your reservation.



You will then be able to connect your reservation to My Disney Experience APP by using your acknowledgment number generated from our reservation system. A custom site has been created to assist you with a one-stop shop with links to purchasing theme park tickets, My Disney Experience, Dining, and more. Specially-priced tickets will be available until February 11, 2023 (see also "Disney Theme Park Tickets' and 'Theme Park Reservations' notes below.) Note that Disney's Magical Express (shuttle to and from the airport) will no longer be offered starting January 1, 2022.

Disney Theme Park Tickets:  See paragraph above for information on purchasing Disney Theme Park tickets. In addition to a ticket, guests will also need to make a Theme Park Reservation for the date and theme park that they want to visit. 

Theme Park Reservations:  Park Reservations are currently required to visit the theme parks. To enter a theme park, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation in addition to valid admission for the same park on the same date (limit one park per day).

Disney Transportation

Luggage Storage

If you are staying at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, luggage storage is at the Bell Desk at the Gran Destino Tower all days.
If you are NOT staying at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, on Wednesday, there will be luggage storage near Coronado L
(7:45 am to 3:45 pm). All other days, please see the Bell Desk at the Gran Destino Tower.

Parking

Daytime self-parking at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is complimentary for all Training 2023 participants.

• If you are a registered hotel guest at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, drive to the main Coronado Springs Resort entrance. Inform the security kiosk representative that you need to check in to your room. After checking in to your room, you will be told where your sleeping room building is located, and the closest parking to your building.
   
• Conference Attendees NOT staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort: drive to the main Coronado Springs Resort entrance.  Show your photo ID and tell the security kiosk representative that you are attending the Training 2023 Conference. You will be directed to the Convention Center daytime parking area

Photo ID

Disney guests should carry photo identification with them at all times. There are Disney locations at which all guests will be asked to provide a photo identification (state driver’s license, military identification or passport) prior to entrance.

Taxis
