Three themed villages surround a beautiful 15-acre lake; La Vida Health Club, massage and hair salon; themed feature pool plus three quiet pools; sand volleyball court; nature walk; business center; Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) access throughout convention center and lobby common areas, in-room high speed Internet access; Access to championship golf courses. Dining locations include El Mercado de Coronado, Toledo Tapas Steak and Seafood, Maya Grill, Three Bridges Bar and Grill, Rix Sports Bar & Grill, Cafe Rix, Barcelona Lounge, Dahlia Lounge, Laguna Bar, and Siestas Cantina. MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE
You will be able to obtain your Disney hotel confirmation number 48 business hours after the date you make your hotel reservation by contacting the Disney Group Reservations at 1.407.939.4686. They have dedicated agents available Monday through Friday 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM Eastern time (New York) and on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 AM until 5:00 PM Eastern time (New York). Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort will take a one night’s room and tax deposit within 24 business hours of making your reservation.



You will then be able to connect your reservation to My Disney Experience APP by using your acknowledgment number generated from our reservation system. A custom site has been created to assist you with a one-stop shop with links to purchasing theme park tickets, My Disney Experience, Dining, and more. Note that Disney's Magical Express (shuttle to and from the airport) will no longer be offered starting January 1, 2022.

Requesting a Receipt:
In order to obtain a receipt for the one night's room and tax deposit taken by Disney, please contact Disney's Group Reservations team at 407.939.4686 or you may email your request to Disney by clicking here. You will need to provide the primary name on the reservation and your hotel confirmation number along with the email address where you would like the receipt sent.

Disney Theme Park Tickets:  See paragraph above for information on purchasing Disney Theme Park tickets. In addition to a ticket, guests will also need to make a Theme Park Reservation for the date and theme park that they want to visit. 

Theme Park Reservations:  Park Reservations are currently required to visit the theme parks. To enter a theme park, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation in addition to valid admission for the same park on the same date (limit one park per day).
 

* HOTEL FRAUD WARNING: Connections Housing is the ONLY housing provider for the Conference. There are “unofficial” companies aggressively pursuing attendees to book hotel rooms through their company at supposedly significant discounts. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and have either:  been relocated with little or no warning, lost their significant deposits, not had the guest rooms they thought they had booked, not had the hotel they thought they had booked.
